Create an AI agent — WA.Expert Help

An AI agent answers customers in natural language, drawing on the data you give it. You create and manage agents from the AI Dashboard, then connect one to a bot so it replies on WhatsApp.

Create one

Open the AI Dashboard from your account.

Click to create a new AI agent.

Give it a name and a role, for example a support agent for your store.

Save it, ready to train on your data. Supported file types for training are PDF, DOC, TXT, Excel, and CSV.

Different from the Ask AI / ChatGPT integration

This AI Dashboard agent is WA.Expert's own system, billed through platform credits. If you specifically want to connect your own OpenAI account with your own API key inside a bot flow, that's a separate feature — see the ChatGPT/OpenAI integration guide.
