Train an AI agent on your data

An untrained agent only knows general information. Training it on your data, documents, and files means it answers from your actual product details, policies, and FAQs.

Train it

Select your AI agent in the AI Dashboard.

Click Upload File for that agent, then drag and drop your file or select it from your device.

Click Upload. Processing takes anywhere from seconds to minutes, depending on file size and number of pages.

Once uploaded, the agent is automatically trained on that content. Repeat to add multiple files to the same agent.

File names cannot contain spaces

Use underscores instead of spaces in your file name before uploading, or the upload may fail.

Quality in, quality out

Clear, accurate source material gives accurate answers. Keep your training data tidy and up to date, and retrain when your information changes.
