Add products and sync them

You can add products one by one or import them in bulk, organise them into categories, and push them to your Meta catalogue so they appear in WhatsApp.

Create product categories to group your range.

Add a new product with its fields, or bulk import via Google Sheet for many at once.

Push products to the Meta catalogue so they show in WhatsApp.

Sync product and order system fields, and edit them if your fields differ.

Adding a single product: fields you'll need

Go to Ecommerce → Products → Add Product. You'll fill in:

•

Title, description, and image.

•

A unique SKU — use a numeric sequence to keep it simple.

•

Currency code (e.g., INR, USD), stock quantity, price, and optionally a sale price.

•

Brand name, category, and condition (new, used, refurbished).

•

Importer name and origin country in country-code format (e.g., IN, US).

External product link: mandatory or optional depends on catalog type

If your catalog type is E-commerce, Meta requires an external product link on every product. If it's a Normal Store/Service catalog, the link is optional. If you don't have product URLs to link, disable the mandatory requirement in your ecommerce settings.

Indian users: default field values

Set default values for product fields before pulling products, and you can disable the mandatory external product link requirement if you do not use one.
