IndiaMART is a major source of B2B enquiries in India. Connecting it pulls each new lead into WA.Expert so you can reply on WhatsApp at once.

Get your IndiaMART key

Open Lead Manager (under the three-dots menu).

Click CRM Integration to generate a unique API key, sent to your registered email.

Copy the key.

Open the IndiaMART lead source connection in WA.Expert.

Paste your IndiaMART key, name the account, and select a date range (up to the last 365 days) to import historical leads.

Map the lead fields to your CRM: Name, Phone Number, Email, City, and Product.

Choose the WhatsApp flow to trigger on a new lead, then save the connection.

Click Sync Leads to import data manually whenever you want, or enable auto-sync so new leads fetch automatically without you doing anything.

Add a webhook to receive lead updates in real time instead of waiting for the next sync cycle.

If leads seem to be missing or delayed, check the Logs section to track sync status and troubleshoot issues.
