Mini Apps

Create a Mini App

You build a Mini App from a visual editor, adding the fields you need and the logic that shows or hides them. Once saved, it can be sent from a bot, an automation, or a campaign.

Build it

1
Open WhatsApp Mini App → Mini Apps and click Create New Flow.
2
Enter a flow name, select a category (e.g., Lead Generation), and select the WhatsApp channel.
3
Add screens for a multi-step experience if needed, then add components: headings, text, name/phone/email inputs, dropdowns, and more.
4
Configure each component's label, helper text, and options, and add conditional or dynamic logic so fields appear based on earlier answers.
5
Add a footer button (Submit or Next), then map each field to a CRM super field so responses are saved automatically.

Test before you publish

1
Click Save and Apply — this moves the flow to Draft stage, not live yet.
2
Use Send Test Message to receive the Mini App on your own phone.
3
Fill out the form yourself and verify the submission lands correctly in your CRM.
4
Once you're satisfied, click Publish. The Mini App is now live and usable inside bot flows.
Always test in Draft first

Skipping the test step is the most common cause of broken Mini App submissions — a mistyped field mapping only shows up when you try submitting it yourself.

Map to super fields

Connect each Mini App field to a CRM super field, and every submission updates the contact automatically. See the CRM super fields guide.
