Send a Mini App via the bot builder

A Mini App becomes interactive when a bot sends it. Drop it into a chat flow and the customer opens the form, fills it, and the bot continues based on what they submitted.

Add it to a flow

Create a bot flow and choose a trigger — for example, a keyword trigger with a condition and channel.

Add a Question block and select WhatsApp Mini App.

Add optional header and body text, then enter a button label (e.g., "Register Now").

Select your Mini App flow — you can select either a Draft or a Published version, and choose which screen it should land on.

Continue the flow using the submitted data, for example confirming a booking or routing the chat.

Save the question, then save and enable the workflow.
