Collect payment via PhonePe

Alongside Razorpay, WA.Expert supports PhonePe for in-chat payments in India. A customer places an order and pays through PhonePe without leaving WhatsApp.

Connect PhonePe

Click Payment Gateways on the left menu.

Click Add Gateway and select PhonePe.

Enter a name for your own reference.

From your PhonePe dashboard, get your Merchant ID, API key, and Salt Index. Copy the Merchant ID into its field, then enter the API key and Salt Index in theirs.

Click Save to activate the gateway.
Choose your gateway

You can offer Razorpay or PhonePe depending on what suits your business and your customers. Both connect from the same Payment Gateways section.
