Collect payment via Razorpay

WA.Expert supports native payment collection in WhatsApp. For Indian businesses, Razorpay is the common gateway: a customer places an order and pays without leaving the chat. Setup has two parts — configuring the gateway in Meta's WA Manager, then linking it inside WA.Expert.

Step 1: Configure Razorpay in WA Manager

Go to the Channels section, click the WhatsApp icon, and open WA Manager.

On the left, select Payment configurations.

Click India, then New configuration.

Click Get started, select Razorpay as the gateway, and click Next.

Enter a config name, select your business category, and choose the purpose code.

Click Next, enter your Facebook password, and click Confirm.

Click the link icon, then Connect now, and Next.

Enter your Razorpay account details, authorise WhatsApp payments, and click Go to Business Manager.

Step 2: Link the gateway in WA.Expert

Go to the Payments section and click Add Gateway.

Select WhatsApp Payments, enter a reference name, and enter the exact payment configuration name you set in Step 1.

Select the payment gateway and click Save.
