We get it. When something is free, the first question is: "What do they want from me?" That's a smart question. Here's a completely honest answer.
Why WA.Expert runs this program
We are not doing this because we need free labour. WA.Expert already has a team that does the work. This program exists because we genuinely believe that students who understand WhatsApp marketing have a real advantage — in jobs, in business, in their career. We want to give that to you for free.
What we get in return: students who know our product. Some of them, later in life, might use it or recommend it. That's it. There is no hidden requirement. No sales target. No pressure of any kind.
One more thing — after you complete the program, you'll hear about an optional way to earn a small commission if you ever refer a business to WA.Expert. It's completely optional. You never have to do it. We mention it only after the program is done — not during — so it never feels like a condition.

About the Program
Is this actually free? What's the catch? +
Yes, completely free. No registration fee, no course fee, no hidden charges — nothing. You pay nothing. The only thing you give is your time (20–25 minutes per day). There is no catch. We've explained exactly why we run this program in the "Being Honest With You" section above. Please read it.
Will I actually get a certificate? Or is it conditional on performance? +
You will get the certificate. It is not conditional on your quiz scores, your writing quality, or how "good" your answers are. The only condition is: submit every task on its assigned date before 11 PM IST. That's it. If you do that, the certificate is issued. Automatically. No extra steps.
What if I miss a day? +
Each task is only open on its specific assigned date. If you miss that date, the page will be closed — you cannot go back and submit it. This is why we ask you to set daily reminders. Missing even one task means the certificate cannot be issued for that batch. You would need to register for the next batch and start fresh. We know that sounds strict — but it's also what makes the certificate mean something.
What if I fail the quiz many times? +
Retry as many times as you want. Seriously — unlimited attempts. The quiz is there to make sure you actually read the content, not to trick you or fail you. Every wrong answer shows you the correct one with an explanation. We want you to pass. The submit button unlocks the moment you score 3 or more out of 5.
I'm not from a tech background. Can I still do this? +
100% yes. This program was specifically designed for students who have zero technical background. Every concept is explained using real-life examples — things like Swiggy order updates, bank alerts, or clinic reminders. If you can use WhatsApp, you can do this program.
How is 20 minutes a day enough to actually learn something? +
Because we've cut out everything that wastes time — long videos, irrelevant theory, copy-paste assignments. Every minute of every task is focused on one specific thing. By the end of 12 days, you will genuinely understand how WhatsApp marketing works — well enough to explain it to a business owner, write about it confidently, or use it yourself.
Is this certificate recognised anywhere? Will my college accept it? +
This is a certificate from WA.Expert — a real, operating company. It has a unique verifiable Certificate ID. You can add it to your LinkedIn profile, your resume, or your college portfolio. Whether a specific college "accepts" it depends on your college's rules — but as a proof of skill and initiative, it's genuine. It is not a degree and it doesn't claim to be one.
About Payment & Commission
You said unpaid — so I'll never earn anything from this? +
The program itself is unpaid. No salary, no stipend, no pocket money during the 12 days. However — after you complete the program and receive your certificate, you'll be told about an optional referral arrangement. If you ever naturally recommend WA.Expert to a business that signs up, there's a commission you can earn. It's completely optional. You don't have to do it. Most graduates won't. But the option is there.
What exactly is this commission thing? +
After graduation, if you refer a business to WA.Expert and they sign up for a paid plan, you earn a referral commission. The exact details are shared after the program ends — not before, not during. We deliberately don't tell you during the program because we don't want it to feel like a condition or a sales job. It's just a bonus for graduates who genuinely want to share what they've learned.
Will I be asked to message my contacts or sell to my friends? +
No. Never. Not once — during or after the program. There is no sales target. No list of people you need to contact. No pressure to refer anyone. If you finish the program and never refer a single person, that's completely fine. Your certificate is yours regardless.
Is WA.Expert going to keep messaging me forever after this? +
No. You'll receive task reminders during the program, your certificate when it's done, and occasional updates about WSP if new batches or programs launch. You gave us permission for this when you registered. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or emailing hello@wa.expert.
