A proposal that requires a lawyer to read will get sent to the lawyer — and forgotten there.

A proposal is not a contract. It's not a technical specification. It's not a brochure. A good WA.Expert proposal is a one-page document that reminds the prospect of the problem they have, shows them the specific solution, tells them what it costs, and tells them what happens next.

Most people write proposals that are too long, too technical, and too generic. They look impressive but they don't get decisions. The goal of a proposal is a decision — yes or no — not to demonstrate how much work you put in.

Think of your proposal as a WhatsApp message, not a formal document. If the business owner can't understand it in 3 minutes, you've written it for yourself — not for them. Plain language. Specific numbers. One clear next step. That's a proposal that gets read and acted on.

The one-page proposal structure:

Section 2: What WA.Expert solves (3–4 lines)
List only the 3 features relevant to this client. One line each. No jargon. What it does → what changes for their business. Focus on outcomes not features.
