Dynamic Image Experiences let you generate a unique, personalised image for each customer at the moment of sending. The image is based on a template you design — with text, variables, and styling — and every recipient gets their own version with their name, booking code, discount, or any other data you map.
Common use cases
Event tickets with unique QR codes, birthday greetings with the customer's name, welcome cards for new members, discount vouchers with personalised codes.
Create a dynamic image experience

Go to Dynamic Experience from the left menu and select Image Experience.

Click Create New Experience (top right) and enter an Experience Name for internal reference.

Click Background Image and upload your base image. Maximum size: 500 KB.

Go to Personalization and click Add Variable. Enter a variable name (e.g. name) and set a fallback value for preview.

Click Create Components and choose Text Component (or Image / QR Code if needed).

Edit the text component and insert your variable. Customise font colour, family, size, alignment, and style.

Click Save. Your Dynamic Image Experience is now ready.
Send in a bulk campaign
Once your image experience is created, you can use it in a bulk WhatsApp campaign to send personalised images to your full contact list or a segment.

Go to CRM → Bulk Campaigns and click Create New Campaign → WhatsApp Campaign → Messaging Campaign.

Enter a campaign name, choose your audience, and select your WhatsApp channel.

Select a pre-approved template with an Image Header.

Click Dynamic and select your Image Experience.

Map the required body variables, click Next → Save Campaign, then click the Rocket Icon to launch.
Note on send speed
Dynamic image campaigns may take slightly longer than standard campaigns because each image is generated individually for every recipient.
