Getting Started
How quickly can I get started?

Most businesses are live within 24 hours. You sign up, connect or register your WhatsApp number, and our team handles the API verification and initial setup. No technical expertise required.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

You can use an existing business number or register a new one. Important: a number connected to the WhatsApp Business API cannot also run on the regular WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Business app simultaneously. Plan your number accordingly.
Do I need technical skills or a developer?

No. The platform is designed for non-technical users. The chatbot builder, inbox, CRM, and bulk messaging are all no-code. For API and webhook integrations, basic technical understanding helps, but we offer DFY (Done For You) setup services for clients who prefer us to handle it.
Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the platform — add your WhatsApp number, build bots and automations, and test incoming webhooks. As soon as you add your number, we credit ₹5 to your wallet so you can test sending real messages (Meta's standard per-message rates apply to what you send). External actions like Google Sheets and other integrations need a paid plan to run.

Why are plans quarterly and not monthly?

Quarterly billing lets us offer significantly lower platform charges than a monthly billing model. The annual plan offers even greater savings. The platform is designed for businesses committed to WhatsApp as a long-term channel, not those testing it for 30 days.
What are Meta's message charges and how do they work?

Since July 2025, Meta charges per message delivered, not per conversation window. Free-form replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer messages you stay free, and utility templates sent inside that window are free too. Marketing templates are always charged. WA.Expert charges no markup on these rates — what Meta charges, we pass through to you directly.
Are there refunds?

Platform plans are prepaid and non-refundable once activated. This is standard across WhatsApp API providers. We strongly recommend using the free trial before committing to a plan. Please read our full Refund Policy before purchasing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades can be done at any time by paying the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle. Contact our support team to make any plan changes.

Where can I find API documentation?

Full API documentation is available in Postman format, accessible from your WA.Expert dashboard. It covers all endpoints for sending messages, managing contacts, creating templates, scheduling bulk campaigns, and handling webhooks.
Is my data secure?
