We believe in being completely transparent about how our billing works before you commit. Please read this carefully.
All WA.Expert platform plans (Starter, Growth, Premium, Pro, and Fully Managed) are prepaid and non-refundable once your plan is activated. This applies to both quarterly and annual plans.
If you choose to stop using the platform before your plan period ends, the remaining platform fees are not eligible for a refund or credit. Work already delivered — including bot setup, webhook configuration, and onboarding — is considered service rendered.
WhatsApp API setup involves significant infrastructure provisioning, number verification, and often done-for-you (DFY) work that begins immediately upon plan activation. The non-refundable model is standard across WhatsApp API platforms for this reason.
Start with our free trial before committing to a paid plan. The trial gives you meaningful access to the platform so you can evaluate whether it meets your needs before spending a rupee.
Meta conversation charges (deducted from your wallet) are governed by Meta's own billing policies. Unused wallet balance may be eligible for refund subject to Meta's terms — contact us for assistance.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next billing cycle. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellation mid-period.
In rare cases of technical failure directly attributable to WA.Expert's infrastructure (not WhatsApp's own outages), we evaluate refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@wa.expert with details.
