Dynamic PDF Experiences let you build a PDF template once — with headings, text, images, and variable placeholders — and generate a unique, filled PDF for each customer automatically. Use it for invoices, order receipts, event tickets, membership certificates, or any document that changes per recipient.
Create a dynamic PDF template

Go to Dynamic Experience → PDF Experience and click Create New PDF → Simple PDF.

Add Heading, Text, and Image elements. Use the Page Navigator to add, reorder, or delete pages.

Go to Variables → Add Variable. Name each variable and set a fallback value for preview (e.g. "Sample Customer" as fallback for customer_name).

Select a Heading or Text block and insert your variable. Customise font, size, alignment, and colour from the Properties panel.

(Optional) Add an Image by uploading a file or pasting a URL. Add a Page Break to push content onto a new page.
Dynamic tables for invoices
To add a line-item table (for invoices or order summaries): create a JSON variable with dummy data, insert a Table Component, enable Dynamic Table Mode, and select the JSON variable as the data source.

Give the template a clear name and click Save.

Go to API Section → Generate API Key to use the PDF generator programmatically from automations or external systems.

(Optional) Go to Storage Settings → Enable Cloud Storage to store generated PDFs. The platform provides up to 1 GB of storage.

Check Credit History to track PDF generation usage and credit deductions.
