WhatsApp Catalogue lets Indian businesses showcase products directly inside WhatsApp — no website needed. Customers browse your catalogue, select products, and message you to order — all without leaving WhatsApp. Used by 500,000+ Indian businesses, from kirana stores to D2C brands.
WhatsApp Catalogue is a product gallery attached to your WhatsApp Business profile. Customers tap "View Catalogue" on your profile, browse your products with images and prices, and send you a message to order.

For each product: product name, description (max 1,024 chars), price (in INR), product images (minimum 1, max 10, minimum 500×500px), product URL (if you have a website), and a unique retailer_id (your SKU or product code).
WA.Expert → Catalogue → Add Products. Upload via CSV (for bulk import) or add individually. CSV format: id, name, description, price, image_url, availability (in stock/out of stock).
Link the catalogue to your WhatsApp Business account in WA.Expert → Settings → Catalogue → Link Catalogue. The catalogue is now accessible from your WhatsApp profile and can be shared in messages.
Configure a chatbot flow: when a customer messages with keywords like "price", "product", "catalogue", "what do you sell" — automatically send a catalogue message with your product collection.
When a customer adds products to cart in WhatsApp and messages you, WA.Expert receives the order details (product IDs, quantities). Configure an automated response: "Thanks for your order! Here's your total: ₹X. Pay via UPI [button]."
List price in INR. Include both MRP and selling price in description if discounted. Indian customers are price-sensitive — showing the discount amount ("Save ₹200") increases conversion.
Use clean white or light background images. Show the product clearly. 800×800px is ideal. Avoid heavy text overlays — WhatsApp compresses images. Show multiple angles if possible.
Create seasonal catalogue versions for Diwali, Eid, Holi, etc. Activate the festive catalogue 2 weeks before the festival. Automate a broadcast to opted-in contacts: "🎉 Diwali Collection is live! View catalogue →".
When a customer messages after browsing the catalogue, send an automated response with order summary and Razorpay/Cashfree payment link. This completes the sale without a website.
Upload 500 products, sync with Shopify/WooCommerce, accept orders via WhatsApp. WA.Expert handles catalogue management and order automation.
