5 rules for high-converting Indian festive WhatsApp campaigns

1. Festival-specific language

Use the correct Hindi/regional greeting for each festival. "Shubh Deepawali" for Diwali. "Happy Navratri" or "Jai Mata Di" for Navratri. "Eid Mubarak" for Eid. Generic "Happy Festival" is noticeably lazy and reduces engagement.

2. Product-festival relevance
