WhatsApp Flows lets customers fill out forms, book appointments, and complete multi-step processes entirely inside WhatsApp — no website redirect, no external app. The highest-converting data collection experience on mobile in India.
Until WhatsApp Flows, collecting structured data in WhatsApp required asking questions one at a time and parsing free-text responses — slow, error-prone, and frustrating. Flows changed everything.
Conversion impact: Switching from a question-by-question chatbot to a WhatsApp Flow for lead capture typically improves completion rate by 40–60%. The richer, app-like experience feels more professional and is faster for the customer to complete.

Display an image within the Flow screen — product photo, instruction diagram, or visual confirmation. Read-only component for providing visual context.
In WA.Expert → Flows → Create New Flow. Give it a name and select the category (lead generation, appointment booking, customer feedback, etc.).
Add screens (pages) to your flow. Each screen can have a header, body text, form components, and a Continue/Submit button. Multi-screen flows navigate forward page by page — customers cannot skip screens.
Drag components from the library onto each screen. Set field labels, placeholders, validation rules (required, format), and options for dropdowns/checkboxes.
When the flow is submitted, where does the data go? WA.Expert sends the form responses to your webhook endpoint, saves to its built-in CRM, or triggers a follow-up WhatsApp message using the collected data as variables.
Publish the Flow (Meta reviews it — usually same day). Then create a WhatsApp template with a Flow button. When the customer taps the button, the Flow opens in full-screen mode inside WhatsApp.
Flow must be published before use: Flows go through a Meta review process before they can be sent to customers. Keep the flow focused and clearly labelled — Meta reviews for spam potential. Approval is typically same-day for legitimate business flows.
WA.Expert's visual Flow builder takes you from concept to live interactive form in under 1 hour. No JSON, no code.
