Send a Mini App via the bot builder

A Mini App becomes interactive when a bot sends it. Drop it into a chat flow and the customer opens the form, fills it, and the bot continues based on what they submitted.

Add it to a flow

Create a bot flow and choose a trigger.

Add the step that sends your Mini App.

Select the published Mini App to send.

Continue the flow using the submitted data, for example confirming a booking or routing the chat.

Save and enable.
