Mini Apps, also called WhatsApp native flows, are forms that open and complete inside WhatsApp. Instead of sending a customer to a website, they fill a structured form right in the chat, with dropdowns, dates, and conditional fields.
They collect clean, structured data: a booking, a lead form, a survey, or an order detail. Because the customer never leaves WhatsApp, completion rates are high. The data lands in your CRM ready to use.
If you see “native flow” in Meta's tools or older guides, it means the same as a Mini App.
