Once bookings come in, you control them. From the platform, and even from WhatsApp, you can approve, reject, cancel, or reschedule a booking, and the customer is kept updated.
Review a new booking and approve or reject it. If a time no longer works, reschedule it and the customer is notified of the new slot. Cancellations notify the customer too. An admin can act on bookings from WhatsApp, so you are not tied to a desk.
