Set up calendar bookings

The calendar booking system lets customers book appointments with you. You create events, set when you are available, add the team members who take bookings, and optionally connect Zoom for online meetings.

Set it up

Go to Events and click Create New Event.

Set your availability, the days and times bookings can be made.

Add team members who will host the bookings.

Event fields

•

Enter the event title, description, and an optional webhook URL.

•

Set the start date and end date.

•

Add a phone number and admin email.

•

Choose the event type: Free or Paid.

•

Under Booking Settings: enter a booking calendar name, set slot duration (e.g., 60 minutes), select booking status (Pending or Approved), choose single or multiple event, and add reminder times if needed.

•

Under Location: select the host location type and add the location, plus a redirect URL if required.

•

Click Create to save.

Edit event labels

Open the event and click the three dots, then Update Event.

Go to Custom Labels and edit fields like Value, Category, or Identifier.

Click Update to save changes.

Optional: connect Zoom

Optionally connect Zoom so online meetings get a link automatically.

Bookings drive WhatsApp updates

Each booking can send WhatsApp confirmations and reminders. See the reminders guide in this section.
