Customise the chat widget

The default widget works out of the box, but a few small changes make it feel part of your site and lift how many visitors actually click it. All of it is no-code.

What you can change

Adjust the button colour and position (left or right), the welcome bubble text, the pre-filled message a visitor sends, and which pages the widget appears on. You can also set a slight delay so it appears after the visitor settles in.

Make it convert

Set a pre-filled message that names the page, so you know where the chat started.

Write a short, friendly welcome bubble, a question works well.

Match the button colour to your brand, but keep it visible.

Show it on high-intent pages like pricing and product, not just the home page.
Test on mobile

Most visitors are on a phone. Check the widget does not cover key buttons and that the tap opens WhatsApp cleanly.
