Manage media files and customer access

Beyond storing files, the Media Manager lets you organise your library and control customer access to the files you share — useful when clients or external users need their own restricted view of specific folders.

Create a customer

Go to Settings and click Create New Customer.

Enter their details: name, email, password, phone, etc.

Click Create.

Assign file permissions

Go to the Folders section and click the permission icon next to the file.

Click Add Permission, select the customer, and choose Read (view only) or Write (edit access).

Click Save.

Assign folder permissions

Click the three dots next to the folder and select Add Permission.

Choose the customer and select access: Read, Write, or Allow Sub-folder Access.

Click Save.
