Upload media and use it in messages

Once a file is in the Media Manager, you reference it wherever you send media, in a bot block, a template, or a campaign, without re-uploading. Upload once, use everywhere.

Create a folder

Go to the Folder section and click Create Folder.

Enter the folder name and add a keyword.

Choose whether it should be Public or Private, then click Create.

To add a subfolder, open the main folder, click Subfolder, enter a name and keyword, then create it.

Upload files

Three ways to add files:

Upload File — click Upload, select Upload File, choose your file, and save.

•

Upload Folder — click Upload, select Upload Folder, and choose a whole folder to upload at once.

•

Drag & Drop — drag files or folders directly onto the MediaBot screen.

Once uploaded, all files and folders appear inside the selected directory.

Use it in a message

In a bot's media block, a media-header template, or a campaign, pick the file from your Media Manager library instead of uploading again. Update the file once in the library and every message that references it uses the new version.

One source of truth

Centralising media means a price list or brochure you send often lives in one place. Replace it once and every bot and campaign sends the current version.
