Boards give you a visual pipeline. Move contacts or deals through stages, like a simple kanban, so you can see at a glance where each customer sits, from new lead to closed.
These steps describe CRM V2, the current version. If your account is still on the older CRM, the screens differ but the ideas are the same. Newer accounts are on V2 by default.
Create a board with the stages your process needs, for example new, contacted, quoted, and won. Add contacts as cards and drag them between stages as things progress. Pair a board with automations so a stage change can trigger a WhatsApp message.
