A campaign sends a message to a group of contacts. From the CRM you can run several campaign types and target a segment so the message reaches the right people.
These steps describe CRM V2, the current version. If your account is still on the older CRM, the screens differ but the ideas are the same. Newer accounts are on V2 by default.
WhatsApp and RCS campaigns send an approved template over those channels. API campaigns send via your API setup. Payment campaigns send a payment request. All can target a saved segment and personalise with super fields.
