CRM triggers connect your data to your automations. When something changes, a new contact, a field update, a stage move, a trigger can start a workflow, for example sending a welcome message or alerting your team.
These steps describe CRM V2, the current version. If your account is still on the older CRM, the screens differ but the ideas are the same. Newer accounts are on V2 by default.
