Export contacts from the CRM

You can export contacts to a file, picking exactly which fields to include. Useful for backups, reporting, or moving data to another tool.

CRM V2

These steps describe CRM V2, the current version. If your account is still on the older CRM, the screens differ but the ideas are the same. Newer accounts are on V2 by default.

Export steps

Go to CRM → Contacts and open the three-dot menu.

Select Export.

Choose the fields to include, such as WhatsApp profile name, WhatsApp number, and any super fields you need.

Click Yes, proceed to start the export.

Open CRM Exports and download the file once it is ready.
