Rocket Campaign: bulk sends at speed

Rocket Campaign is a high-speed broadcasting feature that sends a campaign across multiple WhatsApp channels simultaneously. Instead of a single channel sending at its normal rate, multiple upgraded channels work in parallel — multiplying the total messages per second and reaching your full audience faster.

When to use Rocket Campaign

Flash sales where every minute matters, product launches you want to hit your list all at once, time-limited offers with a hard expiry, and re-engagement campaigns to a large dormant list.

How it works

Each WhatsApp channel has a fixed TPS (Transactions Per Second). A single channel at 10 TPS sends 10 messages per second. With Rocket Campaign, you combine 5 upgraded channels to achieve 50 TPS — reaching 50 contacts per second instead of 10.

Step 1 — Upgrade a channel

Go to Channels → WhatsApp Channel.

Click the three dots next to the channel you want to upgrade.

Select Upgrade Channel for Rocket Campaign. The channel is now eligible for use in Rocket Campaigns.

Step 2 — Send a Rocket Campaign

CSV audience only

Rocket Campaign uses CSV file upload for the contact list, not CRM segment targeting. Prepare your list as a CSV with phone numbers in one column before starting.

Go to CRM → Bulk Campaign → Create New Campaign → Rocket Campaign.

Enter a campaign name and choose Send Now or Schedule.

Upload your CSV file, select the recipient number column, and map any template variables.

Select the upgraded WhatsApp channels to include and click Generate Message.

Select a pre-approved template for each channel and map header and body variables. Click Generate Message Payload.

Choose the contact distribution method: Channel Level (contacts split across channels) or Channel + Template Level (contacts split across templates). Click Distribute Contacts.

Preview the campaign, click Save Campaign, then click the Rocket Icon to start sending.
