Send payment request campaigns on WhatsApp

Payment request campaigns let you send a payment link to hundreds or thousands of contacts at once via a WhatsApp bulk campaign. Each contact receives a personalised payment message with product details and a direct payment button. Use it for subscription renewals, instalment collection, or product sales at scale.

Before you start

You need a connected payment gateway (Razorpay or PhonePe) and a pre-approved WhatsApp payment template. See the Razorpay or PhonePe setup guides if you have not connected a gateway yet.

Create a payment campaign

Go to CRM → Bulk Campaigns and click Create New Campaign → WhatsApp Campaign.

Enter a campaign name, choose when to send (now or scheduled), and select your audience (all contacts or a segment).

In the Messages section, select your WhatsApp channel and choose a payment template.

In Product Details, upload a product image and enter the product name, price, and quantity.

In Payment Details, select your payment gateway, currency, and order expiry time. Add tax details, shipping charges, and discounts as needed.

Preview the campaign and click Save Campaign.

Click the Rocket Icon to send immediately or leave it scheduled.
