Set up a loyalty store — WA.Expert Help

Setting up loyalty starts with a store, then customers, then the transactions that move points.

Set it up

Go to Products → Rewards, click Store in the left menu, then Add New Store.

Enter the Store Title, an optional Webhook URL (can be updated later), an Email ID, and a Phone Number.

Select the SMTP Account if required, and select the WhatsApp Channel for this store.

Click Create Store.

Then add customers and transactions

Add customers, or let them be created automatically as they interact.

Record a transaction to add or deduct points, for example points earned on a purchase.

Set up the WhatsApp message that tells the customer their new balance.

Define how points are earned

Decide your earn rate, for example one point per rupee or a fixed reward per visit, and keep it simple enough for customers to understand at a glance.
