What is WhatsApp Flows?

WhatsApp Flows is a WhatsApp Business Platform feature for building structured, interactive screens such as forms inside a chat.

In WA.Expert, open WA Manager from your WhatsApp channel and go to Message Templates, then Create a Template.
Choose Marketing, then Form. Add the name, language and body.
Design the screens, questions and buttons with the drag-and-drop editor, then submit for Meta's approval.
Create CRM fields to store the answers.
In the Bot Builder, use the Interactive Flow step to send the published flow and save the replies.

Do Flows need Meta approval?

A template that carries a Flow goes through Meta's template review like any other template.

Can I collect payments in a Flow?

Payments in India use WhatsApp payments with a gateway such as Razorpay, which can sit alongside a Flow in your bot.
