The Typing Indicator block displays a brief typing animation to the customer (the three dots that appear when someone is composing a message) before the next message is sent. It makes automated conversations feel more natural and human, reducing the robotic feel of instant back-to-back messages.
Use Typing Indicator before the first message in a sequence to give the impression someone just started typing. Also use it between messages in a multi-message sequence to prevent all messages appearing simultaneously.

For the most natural feel: add a Typing Indicator (2–3 seconds) immediately before each message in a multi-message sequence, and use Pause blocks for longer waits between sequence steps.
