Your display name is the business name customers see at the top of the chat. It is reviewed by Meta and must reflect your real brand or business name. Changing it is a two-part job: update it in WhatsApp Manager, then reset the two-factor PIN.
After a name change you set the two-factor PIN again for the number, which finalises the update on your account.
Meta reviews display names against its policy. Use your real brand name, avoid generic words, and the review usually clears quickly.
