If your number is already on the WhatsApp Business API with another provider or BSP, you can migrate it to WA.Expert. Your templates and quality history move with the number, and there is no need to re-verify your business.
Access to the current provider so you can release the number, and your two-factor PIN. If you do not know the PIN, you can reset it from Meta's WhatsApp Manager before migrating.
The most common cause is the number still being attached to the old provider, or a 2FA PIN mismatch. Reset the PIN in WhatsApp Manager and retry. See Troubleshooting for the full checklist.
