Create an interactive marketing template

Marketing templates carry your promotions, offers, and announcements. An interactive one adds tappable buttons, quick replies, or call-to-action links so customers respond with a tap instead of typing.

Build it

Open the channel's template section and choose Create Template, category Marketing.

Add a header (text, image, or video), the body text, and an optional footer.

Use variables like {{1}} for personalisation, for example a first name or offer code.

Add buttons: quick replies, a website link, or a call button.

Submit for Meta review. Approval usually takes from a few minutes to a day.

Pass review the first time

Keep promotional content in the Marketing category, fill every variable with a sample value, and avoid policy breaches like misleading claims. These are the usual rejection reasons.
