Messages are not delivering

When messages do not reach customers, the cause is usually the messaging rules rather than a fault. Here are the common ones.

Common causes

You are messaging outside the 24-hour window with a non-template message, which Meta blocks. The number has hit its daily limit for business-initiated conversations. The recipient number is invalid or not on WhatsApp. The recipient blocked your number. Or your quality rating has restricted sending.

If you have hit the daily cap, wait for the window to reset or grow your tier with quality sending.

Verify the recipient number format, including country code, and that it is on WhatsApp.
