When an automation does not run on an incoming webhook, the cause is usually the webhook setup, the field mapping, or the workflow not being enabled.
The workflow is not enabled. The external app is posting to the wrong URL. The webhook was never captured, so fields are not mapped. The field mapping is wrong, so the message has no number or variables. Or the outgoing step uses a non-approved template.
Most webhook failures come from skipping the capture step. Send one real sample so the builder learns the fields, then map them.
