How to connect Instagram DMs with WA.Expert
- In WA.Expert, go to Channels and add your Facebook Page first.
- From Channels, choose to add Instagram and connect the Instagram professional account linked to that Page.
- Open the Bot Builder and create a flow with an Instagram trigger, for example a new message or a keyword.
- Build the replies, then save and enable.
