How to connect WooCommerce with WA.Expert

  1. In WA.Expert, create an automation with a Custom Webhook trigger and copy its URL.
  2. In WordPress, open WooCommerce, then Settings, Advanced, Webhooks, and add a webhook. Choose the topic (for example Order created) and paste the URL.
  3. Capture a test order in the Automation Builder so the order fields map.
  4. Add a Send Template Message step and map the billing phone, name and order number.
  5. Save and enable the workflow.

Questions

Does this need a WordPress plugin?

No plugin is required for order messages. WooCommerce's built-in webhooks send the order data to WA.Expert.

Will it work with my theme?

Yes. Webhooks run on the server side, so your theme does not matter.

Can customers reply?

Yes. Replies land in the WA.Expert team inbox, where your team can answer.
