How to connect Zapier with WA.Expert
- In Zapier, choose the trigger app and event, for example a new row or a new payment.
- Add the action Webhooks by Zapier, Custom Request, method POST.
- Build the URL from your WA.Expert API URL, version, phone number ID and messages. Add the headers Authorization (your token) and Content-Type: application/json.
- In WA.Expert, open the template, copy its JSON and paste it into the Data field. Replace the number and variables with Zapier fields.
- Set Unflatten to No, test with a real number and turn the Zap on.
