Collect customer data into the CRM

A bot is a clean way to fill your CRM. Create the fields you want, then have the bot ask for each one and save the answer to the matching field. Everyone who completes the flow lands in the CRM already organised.

Set it up

In the CRM, create the fields you need, for example city, customer category, product category, or GST number.

In the bot, add an Ask a Question block for each field.

Set Save Response To to the matching field on each block.

Add validation so only clean values are stored.

Save and enable. Completed contacts are now tagged and segmented automatically.
Super Fields note

Custom CRM fields are managed as Super Fields in the newer CRM. If your account is on the older CRM the setup screen differs, but the bot side is the same: you save a question answer to a field.
