Message blocks send content to the customer. They cover everything from a line of text to a scrollable product carousel.
Send text, a single or multiple images, video, a document, audio, a location pin, or a contact card. Each is its own block you drop into the flow.
The template block sends an approved template, which lets a flow message a customer outside the 24-hour window. The order status block sends an order update, and the carousel block sends a scrollable set of cards, ideal for products or service options.
Plain message blocks only work inside an open service window. To message a customer after it closes, use the template block with an approved template.
