Bot Version 2 is a newer chatbot infrastructure using caching for faster, more reliable flows. It is being introduced gradually. Treat it as beta and test a flow before relying on it in production.
The newer infrastructure adds a draft and published split. You can save a partial flow as a draft and publish it later. Customers only ever experience the published version, so you can edit a live bot safely.
Your work in progress now stays hidden as a draft until you choose to publish, which means edits to a live bot never reach customers half-finished.
