Build a flow triggered by a Messenger message to greet visitors, answer questions, and route them, the same way a WhatsApp bot works.

Copy the post ID from the three dots on the post you want to automate.

Create a bot flow and add a trigger.

Choose Facebook Page Chat Bot and select When a comment is received.

Build the reply, then save and enable.
