The Smart Wait block

The Smart Wait block makes a bot feel human. Instead of firing messages one after another, it pauses and waits for the customer's input before moving on, so the conversation flows naturally.

Configure it

Add a node, go to Native Tools, and select Smart Wait.

Set exit keywords like cancel, stop, or exit so the customer can leave the wait.

Choose the answer type: single or multiple replies.

Save the response to a Super Field or bot field, creating one if needed.

Set the expected answer type for validation, for example text or image.

Add a retry message for invalid replies and set how many validation attempts are allowed.

Set the response waiting time in minutes or hours, then click Save.
It controls the conversation

Smart Wait holds the flow for a valid reply, retries on bad input, and exits cleanly on a keyword. It is the block that keeps a chat from feeling robotic.
