A set of small control blocks shapes when and how your bot responds. They are the difference between a bot that feels considered and one that feels mechanical.
The Working Hours block branches the flow based on whether the current time is inside your business hours. Use it to reply instantly during the day and send an away message after hours.
The Stay in Session block keeps the customer in the bot after they finish the first task, so they can keep interacting without restarting the flow.
Save Variable Value stores a value for use later in the flow. Pause Automation stops the flow at a point, for example to hand to a human. The Typing Indicator shows the “typing…” state so replies feel human.
