How to connect Razorpay with WA.Expert
- In WA.Expert, open Channels, then WhatsApp, then WA Manager, and select Payment configurations.
- Choose India, then New configuration. Select Razorpay as the gateway and fill in the configuration name, business category and purpose code.
- Connect your Razorpay account and authorise WhatsApp payments.
- In the Payments section, click Add Gateway, choose WhatsApp Payments and enter the exact configuration name.
- Save. You can now send order details templates and use payment triggers.
