Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads send users directly into a WhatsApp conversation when they tap the ad. If you run multiple ads — for different products, offers, or audiences — you can route each one into a completely different bot flow. This means a Diwali sale ad launches a different bot from a product launch ad, even though both land on the same WhatsApp number.
You can connect as many ads as you like to separate bot flows. Each bot flow handles only the users who came from that specific ad, so your messaging stays relevant to what they clicked on.
You can also add multiple Ad IDs to the same trigger if several ads should launch the same bot. Add each ID as a separate trigger condition.
