The Meta Conversions API (CAPI) lets you send conversion events — such as a lead captured, a form submitted, or a payment completed — from your WhatsApp bot directly to Meta. These events appear in Ads Manager for campaign optimisation, retargeting audiences, and attribution reporting.
Track events at the highest-value moments: when a user qualifies as a lead (answers your qualifying questions), when they confirm an appointment, or when they complete a payment. Do not track every message — only meaningful conversion points.
